The Stephens Group, LLC (“Stephens Group”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Lindsey Joseph from Vice President to Principal within our Value Creation team.
As a Principal, Lindsey will continue to advise the firm’s portfolio companies on strategies to improve operational performance, drawing on her experience across strategy, pricing, supply chain, data analytics, operations and change management. She partners closely with portfolio company leadership teams to help drive value creation initiatives across the firm’s investments.
Ms. Joseph joined Stephens Group in 2022 as a Senior Associate on the firm’s value creation team and was promoted to Vice President in 2023. Prior to joining Stephens Group, she spent seven years as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Accenture Strategy, and Kurt Salmon, serving Fortune 500 clients across the retail and consumer, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, including a rotation in BCG’s Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) practice. She holds a B.S. in Operations Research Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
