The hotel is a ground-up development that Kansagra Partners built, owns, and manages under license from IHG Hotels & Resorts.
A Conversation With the City Started the Project
The project traces back to 2024, when Herriman Mayor Lorin Palmer met with Darshan and Jay Kansagra and noted that it would be good for the city to have a hotel of its own. At the time, relocating families, visiting sports teams, and business travelers coming to Herriman all had to stay in neighboring cities. That conversation led to a site search, a feasibility review, and ultimately a new build on Anthem Creek Lane.
