To restore the parking lot, EverLine Coatings and Services completed a combination of asphalt repair, crack sealing, sealcoating, and restriping services. The project included infrared repair of six potholes, approximately 500 linear feet of hot-applied crack filling, and sealcoating across roughly 8,800 square feet of asphalt surface.

As part of the restoration, the company applied two coats of commercial-grade asphalt sealcoat designed to help protect the pavement surface from weather exposure and ongoing wear. Addressing cracks and potholes before sealcoating helped create a more uniform surface and extend the effectiveness of the maintenance work.

The asphalt repair portion of the project resolved visible pavement defects while preparing the lot for additional surface protection and new pavement markings.

New Striping Improves Parking Lot Organization

Following pavement repairs and sealcoating, new parking lot markings were installed throughout the property. The striping scope included 22 parking stalls, three hatch areas, one ADA-compliant parking space, and high-visibility white traffic paint.

The refreshed markings restored parking lot organization and improved visibility for drivers navigating the site. By combining asphalt repair with updated striping, the project addressed both pavement condition and overall usability.

Project Completed Over One Night and Two Days

The restoration was completed over the course of one night and two days. Work began with pothole repairs and crack filling before progressing to surface preparation and sealcoating. Final striping was completed after the sealcoat had adequate time to cure.
